I've purchased 2 of these units. They humidify well, are pretty quiet, have a humidistat, are easy to refill, and last a full day running constantly. I also like the UV light feature that supposedly sanitizes the water. Durability is a question though. My first unit's fan started to fail (noisy) after about a year. Kaz CS replaced the unit although I had to pay for shipping to return the defective unit. The second unit I purchased is about 4 months old and is running fine. BTW I bought the second unit at Costco where it costs only $50 and includes 3 filters. Buy Honeywell HCM-300T QuietCare 3-Gallon UV Tower Humidifier!
