Lowest Price Honeywell H11010 Replacement Filter for Bissell Style 15 HEPA Filter

I bought one of these filters at Walmart and it does not fit my Bissell Healthy Home Vacuum cleaner. The top clip is about 3/32 too long. I tried hard but it just isn't going to snap into place.
