I recieved this in a timely manner...I had one issue, and won't go into it, but the seller more than compensated me. I give this a 3 star as the filters, even though they say they are suppose to be the size to fit my humidfier, they are shorter than the ones that came with it therefore they don't work properly in my humidifer.
