Some reviews have mentioned other sellers do not send Honeywell brand filters. I purchased the filter from Amazon.com which they did send the direct replacement. No fit issues, works great. Will replace again in 3 years.Get more detail about Honeywell 24000 Replacement HEPA Filter.
