After 2 Honeywell safes -- intended to ge gifts -- were literally dropped on the porch destroyed w/shards of metal and concrete spilling out, Amazon apologized profusely. Contacted them 2-3x week while they promised to credit account. 1 month later, these safes are still being sold and shipped without protective packing. I paid shipping, it was not free. And am still waiting for credit to appear -- having to go the credit card route to dispute the charge that still appears on bill.
